Refund and Exchange

Returns

You may exchange your product within 30 days of purchase if it has not been used. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only possible in the case of a defective product. 

Kozie Covers will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to return your product, please send us an email at info@koziecovers.com

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
