How long will it take to get my order?

We ship out all orders within 1- 3 business days from our Montreal, Canada HQ. Shipping times may vary depending where you are located. Please see below for the expected shipping times.

3 - 6 business days. No tracking number.	USA: 5 - 10 business days. INT: 6 - 12 business days. With tracking number.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

It is possible to exchange a product within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been used. However, note that all sales are final and no refunds are possible unless the product is defective. 

To exchange a product or if you would like to request a refund due to a defective product, please write us at info@koziecovers.com. Once we receive your return please allow 2-3 days for processing plus the shipping times seen above.
